  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only

Risk & Ownership

  • Ownership transfers once payment is received
  • Risk passes to you once goods are handed to the courier

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Change of Mind Returns

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resellable condition
  • Return shipping is your responsibility
  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or original payment method

Non-returnable Items

Unless faulty, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used or worn products
  • Hygiene-related items (where applicable)

Faulty Products (CGA Rights)

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If a product is:

  • Not as described
  • Not fit for purpose
