Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $69.99 NZD
  • A flat shipping fee will apply to orders under this amount (calculated at checkout)

Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship within New Zealand only
  • Please provide a physical address (couriers may not deliver to PO Boxes)

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take longer

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Urban areas: 1–3 business days
  • Rural areas: 3–5 business days

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch

  • Once shipped, address changes are not guaranteed
