At Baby Zone, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and hassle-free across New Zealand.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $69.99 NZD
- A flat shipping fee will apply to orders under this amount (calculated at checkout)
Delivery Locations
- We currently ship within New Zealand only
- Please provide a physical address (couriers may not deliver to PO Boxes)
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take longer
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Urban areas: 1–3 business days
- Rural areas: 3–5 business days

Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch

- Once shipped, address changes are not guaranteed
